- About:
North Of Disorder is a project consisting of two different, but unique sound styles.
The first, and most recent, being an Acoustic/Progressive/Rock that is a blend of melodic heavy rock guitar riffs and soft, soothing vocals. All in all, it is very personal, emotionaly deep, and raw.
The second of the two is a Progressive/Hard Rock/Metal. It is a mix of melodic hard rock and metal with a progressive twist. By applying very natural odd and mixed meter time signatures, driving percussive hits and very melodic overviews the songs portray a myriad of emotions.
The taproot of N.O.D was generated in 2003 by the creation of one song: Drop 6(Kal-dâr´a) written by Jonathan Taylor. Attempts to perfect and incorporate the song by two different bands seemed to fail; Drop 6 stood by itself. Since then, the creation of more songs by Jonathan has made Drop 6 (Kal-dâr´a) merely the base, and foundation of North Of Disorder's totem pole.
